Set of light-toned glazed ceramic pieces composed of a medium-sized jug and two small traditional oil candlesticks. The jug, with a globular body and defined neck, features a sturdy side handle and a slightly open pouring spout, decorated with a characteristic green motif applied with free brushstrokes, typical of southern Italy, over a cream glaze that reveals the natural tone of the clay at the base. The candlesticks, in small format, are hand-crafted with delicate proportions and surfaces in ivory tones. One is elevated on an annular foot and the other has a wide base and low body, both with a pouring spout and side handle, evoking ancient oil lamps. Dating from the 19th century, the set represents an example of the utilitarian pottery work of the region, with simple finishes that combine functionality and artisanal aesthetics.
