1-WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS
2-ALL GARMENTS ARE IN GOOD CONDITIONS, BUT THEY CAN HAVE MINOR STAINS BECAUSE OF THE PASSING OF TIME. GARMENTS WITH BIGGER STAINS ARE SPECIFIED IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE PRODUCT.
3-ACCESORIES AND OBJECTS ARE ALL IN GOOD CONDITIONS. SOME CAN HAVE MINOR CHIPS BECAUSE OF THE PASSING OF TIME. ANY BIG CHIPS ARE SPECIFIED IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE PRODUCT.
4-ALL DIMENSIONS ARE APPROXIMATE. IT IS JUST FOR A GENERAL REFERENCE. THE MEASUREMENTS ARE IN INCHES.
5-IN CASE AN OBJECT ARRIVES BROKEN OR DAMAGED AFTER SHIPPING, WE WILL NEED PICTURES AND A DESCRIPTION BEFORE 30 CONSECUTIVE DAYS STARTING ON THE SAME DAY THAT THE ITEM WAS RECEIVED AND SIGNED FOR.

-PICTURES ALL THE SIDES OF THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX
-DETAILED PICTURES OF HOW THE  OBJECT WAS WRAPPED AND HOW IT IS BROKEN INSIDE THE BOX
-PICTURE OF THE ENTIRE ITEM AND BOX
-PICTURE OF THE SHIPPING LABEL OF THE BOX
-DESCRIPTION OF HOW THE OBJCECT WAS WRAPPED AND HOW IT IS BROKEN
IF THESE CONDITIONS ARE NOT MET, WE CAN NOT ACCEPT A SHIPPING DAMAGE COMPLAIN. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PICTURES OF BROKEN PRODUCTS UNWRAPPED OUTSIDE THE BOX, OR PICTURES THAT DO NOT MEET ALL OF THE CONDITIONS MENTIONED ABOVE.
6- BY SHOPPING WITH US YOU ARE ALSO AGREEING ON PAYING A SHIPPING COST THAT IS NOT IN ANY WAY INCLUDED IN THE COST OF THE PRODUCT.
