Jug with Stylized Floral Motif

Small glazed terracotta jug, hand-thrown with a globular body, short neck, and pouring spout. It is decorated with the characteristic motivo floreale stilizzato of traditional ceramics from Puglia, southern Italy, dating from the mid-19th century. The spontaneous brushstrokes in brown, burgundy, and cobalt blue, applied with mineral oxides over a beige background, reflect the artisanal sensibility and domestic spirit of the region.

Today, this piece can be integrated into contemporary interiors as a decorative object or as a container for dried flowers, preserving the essence and elegance of Mediterranean craftsmanship.
