Pair of Wedgwood Green Jasperware Bud Vases, Neoclassical, 1960s — SOLD

A refined pair of Wedgwood green jasperware bud vases, made in England and decorated with applied white classical reliefs. Each vase has a matte deep green body with a softly flared rim and elegant tapered form, ornamented with neoclassical figures and scrolling decorative motifs in white relief. The contrast between the dark green jasper ground and the pale raised decoration gives the pair the distinctive look associated with Wedgwood’s celebrated jasperware tradition.
