All pieces are carefully selected and, in general, are in very good condition considering their age and nature.

No returns or exchanges are accepted.

All orders are carefully packed and shipped from Miami, United States.

You will receive an email with the tracking code and estimated delivery time once the package has been dispatched.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight, volume, and destination of the order.

In some cases, orders may be delivered in separate shipments at no extra cost.

No modifications or cancellations are accepted once an order has been processed.

In the exceptional case that an order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.

To process a claim with the shipping carrier and the corresponding insurance, we require clear photographs documenting the condition in which the package was received. The images must include the exterior packaging, the interior of the package, the damaged item, and any protective materials used.

Without this complete photographic documentation taken at the time of opening the package, we will not be able to process a claim for shipping-related damage.
